capacity of Software Support Engineer: Retail pro, SAP business 1
Role and Responsibilities.
Software Installation and upgrades.
Software Troubleshooting.
Software Training to users.
Backup and Security Assurance.
Stock take involvement.
Reports applications implementations and trainings.
In Time updates of locations and connectivity assurance.
On Call Support availability.
POS Machines Peripherals and application fixing and support.
PDT's applications.
Biometric data and application assurance and maintenance.
Office Automation applications support.
Required Skills:
Past experience in same role.
Responsive with no time restriction.
Diploma in Software or Applications.
Multi-tasking.
Good team player.
Willing and able to learn new applications.
