Please note below points:
-These requirements are open to only for USA, Canada, UK, South Africa Nationality.
-Candidates should be experienced in Facilities Management.
-Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery shall not be considered.
-Experience in Multi-National companies & multi-cultural environment preferred.
-Location Yanbu
Major Responsibilities
- Monitor and schedule inspections of lab buildings and prepare summary report to be shared with management
- Liaise with KAUST HSE and resolve all Permit To Work PTW related concerns and ensuring closing of all PTWs
- Carry out joint site inspection for PTW/ Work Control Impact Checklist WCIC issue and closure.
- Conduct walkthrough of labs, office spaces, mechanical rooms, storage rooms etc and report and track pending issues/ improvements
- Coordination with Lab representatives and arrange inspection walkthroughs and rectification works
- Monitor all Complaints and reactive tickets and provide analysis/observations
- Maintain records and issue notifications to building occupants of activities that may impact them.
- Monitor and ensuring achievement of Operation Key performance indicators KPI
- Coordination with all concerned during emergencies, fire or gas alarms, safety issues and fire drills
- Coordinate and lead meetings for major maintenance activities & shut down
- Carry out coordination meeting as and when required for all activities that require coordination with different agencies
- Implement and monitor KAUST Standard operating procedures and implement corrective measures.
- Creating and monitoring incident reports/ report-it for the buildings and tracking until closure
- Coordination with all service providers to resolve issues in the buildings
- Track and implement Energy saving initiatives
- Identify and propose improvements to existing control systems.
- Adopt a pro-active approach to positive change and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Monitoring of all assets in the building and highlighting any dilapidation/ transfer or idling of assets.
- Monitor Access control especially elevators, roof top and interstitial levels
- Reporting maintenance and operational issues without delay.
- Implementation of contingency plan and emergency response plan and also implement directives from KAUST Management
- Issue notifications from KAUST management to building occupants of activities that may impact them

Qualifications Education
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
Experience
- 5-7 years in relevant field of buildings/facilities management
