Skills / Qualifications CCIE/CCNP,
ITIL course or certification,
Security or other related certification or courses,
MS Word, Excel, Visio and Project,
Internet Applications deep experience,
Competent in conversation and persuasion skills,
Competent in employee motivation,
Competent in network designs & Internet related products knowledge,
Strong leadership and organization skills
Languages Arabic,English
Skills / Qualifications Supervise the day to day network operations functions for the organization, assuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
Ensure appropriate staffing and productivity levels are met within the organization
Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures
Coordinate with work schedules and assignments
Continuously improve and develop tools to proactively monitor the systems that are managed.
Monitor the health of the network, storage and servers
Advanced trouble shooting of servers, network devices, and applications
Installation of operating systems and software applications
Ensure that the service incidents and requests are being fulfilled and resolved in a timely manner
Fully manages company Data Centers and POPs and ensure proper standards are followed and highest levels of uptime are achieved within ITIL framework.
Fully manages following groups and their responsibilities: Development Group, Operations Group and Platforms Group each group has its own Supervisor and team .
Coordinate systematic interaction and coordination including SLAs between these groups and others in the company.
Looks over hiring, appraisal and motivation.
Plan and follow-up training and certification of team members.
Manage, delegate and empower Supervisors to achieve best results possible.
Participate in the company strategic vision.
Participate in the company annual Forecast and Budget revisions.
Properly report on all groups weekly activities to VP, Operations & Technical Services
Other duties as assigned
