Job Description
Background
our inspectors will be measuring education quality in order to support the improvement of all schools under the project umbrella. Our role is to undertake a comprehensive assessment of educational standards and performance for every targeted school and provide clients with detailed reports to evaluate quality of learning and teaching within their schools.
Responsibilities
Leading learning and prep sessions including pre-documentation and pre- assessment with their teams.
Designing their clusters reports based on the project plan
Supporting schools and inspectors to get ready for the inspection process with all mandates
Staying abreast with the quality assurance manager to ensure implementing all KPIs’
Reviewing and QA inspection reports and runing feedback sessions with inspectors
Providing constructive inputs to schools leaders within their school improvement plans.
Person Specification
* local and international inspection experience
* Fluency or near fluency in Arabic and English Bilingual is an advantage
* Post of senior responsibility at school management or agency level
* Understanding of international best practice in school effectiveness
*Experience with UAE inspection framework
* Reports analysis skills required
* High commands of written communication in English
* ICT skills
* Team player and leader
* Ability to work under pressure
* Mobilization around UAE based on employment needs
Education
University Degree and a minimum of 5 years working in education
